Do I have to pay for shipping ?

We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. Please note, We will charge a standard shipping fee for Cash on Delivery (COD) services

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days of being placed. You will receive tracking details to help you locate your package.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

Returns must be initiated within 1 day of receiving a product if it is damaged or defective upon arrival. Once a product is used, it is not eligible for return. To schedule a return, email us at support@lacheriecosmetics.com.

What are the return conditions?

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and invoice slips intact.
  2. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritation. We recommend performing a patch test on your neck or arm before using the product. Each product's full ingredient list is displayed to help avoid irritation or allergic reactions.
  3. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal dislike of the product, fragrance, or color.

Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?

  1. We offer reverse-pickup services for many, but not all, pin codes. A nominal restocking fee of Rs.100 per product will be deducted from the total refund amount if you choose reverse pickup.
  2. If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can return the product(s) by shipping them to us at Active Acres Tower 4, Flat 6E, Debendra Chandra Dey Road, Kolkata- 700015.

How do I return an item?

Steps :-

  1. Email us at support@lacheriecosmetics.com with your order number to initiate a return.
  2.  We will arrange for a pickup from the same address within 3-4 working days. Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all tags and invoice slips intact.
  3. Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the product meets the return conditions, we will initiate the return. If not, the product will be returned to you (delivery charges applicable).

What if I have received a damaged product?

We are committed to ensuring your products reach you safely. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request.

What about the refundable amount?

For Prepaid Orders:

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days of approval of the refund. Please note that only the product cost (less restocking fee, if applicable) will be refundable. Costs related to shipping, custom packaging, etc., are not eligible for a refund.

How long will it take to process my return?

It usually takes 10-15 working days to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Can I place an exchange request?

We do not process exchanges. You will receive a refund for your returned order and can place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase.
